Ooh, that cupcake steamer looks really cool! I had a friend from Indonesia who made steam cakes for me once and they were delicious -- very soft and fluffy.
Hi! I hope you read this post, 'cuz I dunno how to email ya. Well, I loooove cupcakes, and I researched lotsa recipes, which most of them works, but, after my cupcakes are completely cool, the liners kind of "falls a part", looking like little plates under the cupcakes, the way we were supposed to do if we wanted to eat them already. It's very frustrating, cuz I never get a good looking cupcake, that longs a day or so. Pleeease, help! What you think that is happening?? I dunno if 'tis important but I live in a very humidy city.. help, help, help. My email is samahraaraujo@gmail.com, if needed.

I am not sure what the problem is I have never had a cupcake case fall apart. Perhaps the paper is very thin and moisture causes the paper to flop. Try to get stronger cupcake cases or do not use them and bake the cupcakes in deep muffin tins
woah that is awesome! i love cupcakes! i just think they are adorable. they are so sweet and my favorite are the chocolate ones. me and my mom tried a red velvet recipe one time because i was craving some homemade cupcakes but we kind of messed it up because the cupcakes were kind of plain tasting and i wanted them more chocolatey! and we didn't even have any frosting! so yeah, not a great batch of cupcakes lol! but i bet you have an amazing life with all those scrumtious goody cupcakes arond you!:) i watched those 2 videos and i love both of them! i've been to indonesia before but i was only 2. anyways have fun baking and i love to see those creative cupcake pics! keep up with that delishiousness!
