Cupcake Recipe Books

I've just been going through my recipe collection. This goes back years and I still add to it with new books, recipes passed to me by friends, recording some of the TV programmes that feature new ideas and products and visiting the charity and second hand book shops we have to get some retro food ideas from the 50s to the present day. I do not think you can have too many ideas to make food and great meals from. It makes good reading and gives me lots of ideas on how to adapt the foods we have to new recipes. I never really stick to a recipe I always adapt it , combine it with others and create new recipes with the ingredients that are available to me.
This book out soon may be a good addition to any ones collection on making cupcakes and cakes.
I f you are interested I found the link CUPCAKES RECIPES

Has anyone found any good books on cupcake recipes that they can recommend to everyone that looks at this blog ?
I am sure there are cupcake bakers out there who can recommend the best books for the beginner , kids and the seasoned baker.
Please add your recommendations to the comments for everyone who passes through.
Thanks for reading

I'm looking for recipes for mini-cupcakes and I really, really would like to find some that work for just 12 mini-cupcakes. My husband and I have no need/desire for 48 cupcakes (even mini ones) at a time. Do you know of a good source?

If you half my recipe for blackcurrant cupcakes the mixture will make what you want in mini cupcake cases. Remember to only cook them for about 5 to 8 mins.

Hi there, fellow Northerner baker! I am just getting into making cupcakes and I've just bought a marvellous book called VEGAN CUPCAKES TAKE OVER THE WORLD! It's a gorgeous book. I've been baking things from recipes by the author of the book for about a year now, all vegan, not that i am vegan, and they have worked beautifully. So I'm taking the plunge and I'm gonna start making her cupcake recipes. I have no doubt that they will be gorgeous! For my 1st foray into the vegan cupcakes, I made 1 batch of mixture and baked it in a small cake tin, which has given me a mega-sized cupcake! I'm planning to ice it as if it were an individual-sized cupcake. Should look cool!
Check out the baking section of http://www.theppk.com and make the Gingerbread Cupcakes. I ice them with a glace icing made of icing sugar and lime juice, then top them with slivers of lime zest and a little piece of crystallised ginger. Yum! My website is www.voluptuousveganbaking.moonfruit.com

Hi Cakes Galore
I did not write this book. I have never written a recipe book. I just share all my recipes on my blogs.
I have got most of my recipes from when I was at school and collecting ideas from the 1960s onwards. I thought this looked good. Are there any beginners out there who could advise Cakes galore on the best and most reliable book for a beginner?
Thanks for coming by

I really like a book called "Hello, Cupcake". I got it from Amazon.com.

I wasn't so interested in the recipes, but I really loved the decorating ideas. (The TV dinner was my favorite.)
