Clove and Apple Cupcakes

I have decided to continue my look at spices in cupcake recipes and I decide to look at Cloves. I love that aromatic flavour of cloves and I have created these cupcakes which uses clove cupcake mixture, clove butter cream , caramelised apple slices and whole cloves. I put them in gold cases to give them that exotic Asian feel, like the use of gold leaf on Indian rice puddings.

I will post the recipes for these Clove and caramelised apple cupcakes as soon as I can.
